Jul 21, 2011 - Bank of Uganda together with Uganda Investement Authority and Uganda Bureau of Statistics will jointly launch the Private Sector Investment Survey 2011
On Thursday July 21, 2011, Bank of Uganda together with Uganda Investment Authority and Uganda Bureau of Statistics will jointly launch the Private Sector Investment Survey (PSIS) 2011 at 5pm, Imperial Royale Hotel. The objectives of the survey are to monitor, record and analyze private sector investment activities and perceptions in Uganda. In particular, the survey will request entities to provide information on the foreign assets or liabilities held by or in their entities by non-resident enterprises/individuals. The information collected will be utilized for purposes of fine-tuning policies and for compilation of Uganda’s external statistics.
